MAC Construction Consultants
We were commissioned to help identify and articulate MAC’s core values. A brand workshop engaged all 70 staff in a relaxed, fun way and revealed the values that shape how they work, collaborate and grow together.
We created an umbrella sub brand 'The MAC Way' was created and a brand book was developed articulating these values, the positive outcomes and examples of how these values can be lived. This has also been a useful tool during the onboarding of new staff.
The creative treatment brought the red 'A' arrow device from their logo to life as a distinctive brand asset that could be adaptable in a fun, memorable, engaging way.
